California State Treasurer dishes lampoons Schwarzenegger

California State Treasurer Phil Angelides has released an online flash cartoon called “Arnold’s Neighborhood.” It rips on Schwarzenegger’s affiliation with the GOP. The actual flash cartoon looks like it was done by Jib Jab – the animators behind the popular “This Land is Your Land” flash cartoon during the 2004 presidential election.
