Documentary ‘Drawing a Line’ Debuts at Human Rights Film Festival

The documentary Drawing a Line is being screened at the Human Rights Film Festival Berlin, focusing on illustrator and Sanitary Panels webcomic creator Rachita Taneja and the Indian government’s crackdown on dissent. Taneja was charged with contempt of court in 2020 for her critical work. The film is part of the Draw for Change series, which highlights six female cartoonists from around the world.

Screenings will be on October 8 and 12 followed by a Q&A with Rachita.
