Florida Weekly has announced that Edward (Eddie) Dziura is the newspaper’s new (freelance) editorial cartoonist.

Florida Weekly is happy to introduce our new cartoonist, Edward Dziura.
Eddie, who calls Jupiter home, grew up in Key Biscayne.
He has a deep love for the sea and has spent time boating, fishing and scuba diving in Florida, the Bahamas, French Polynesia and Australia.
He admires comics like Peanuts, Doonesbury and The Far Side, for their ability to make complex issues understandable, even humorous.
After working in commercial television and print media, Eddie never lost his love for art and drawing. He is excited to be sharing his artwork with Florida Weekly readers.
Eddie’s two beautiful children will be able to view his cartoons on the Florida Weekly website from their home in Australia.
That September 26 issue also carried Eddie’s first cartoon.
