The Bushnell-Sage Library’s February program, “Learn to Draw Cartoons,” will be presented from 3 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17, on Zoom.
Award-winning cartoonist and humorous illustrator Rick Stromoski will teach participants how to create their own cartoon characters, draw facial expressions and even some animals.
