Cartoonist Pat Byrnes has joined the cast of CagleCartoons.
Says Daryl:

Pat Byrnes is best known as a regular for The New Yorker – he’s drawn gag panels for all the major magazines and is an NCS Silver Reuben winner. This will be Pat’s first foray into editorial cartooning for newspapers and he’s got a running start.
