Que pasa New York?…Que pasa New York?

The New York Post reports:

Cartoonist Stan Mack and his writer/editor wife Susan Champlin have just listed their West Village home for $1.72 million.

Mack, who’s owned this unit for some 30 years, is best known for his “Stan Mack’s Real Life Funnies” series that appeared in the Village Voice for more than two decades. Together with Champlin, he published “Road to Revolution,” a history-focused graphic novel.

Their one-bedroom, one-bathroom co-op at 708 Greenwich St. is on the top floor. It’s around 1,050 square feet and comes with protected views of the neighborhood and the Empire State Building. It features 12-foot ceilings, a woodburning fireplace, exposed brick, maple floors and a renovated kitchen.
