The Pantagraph (Bloomington, Ill.) Covers the Peanuts Hotel in Japan

The Bloomington, Illinois, newspaper has some coverage of the new Peanuts Hotel (with some good photos) that opened in Japan in early August.

From the piece:

The Peanuts Hotel opened Aug. 1, and it offers 18 rooms, a Peanuts Cafe and a Peanuts Diner. Each of the boutique hotel’s three floors has its own theme of “Imagine,” “Happy” and “Love.” The first-of-its-kind hotel takes its concept from the comic strip scene where Snoopy’s home is visited by small birds who join him in a nap atop his dog house. The scene ends with Snoopy commenting, “It’s nice to have a home where your guests feel comfortable.”
