At the American Association of Editorial Cartoonists‘ convention (only 4 weeks from now) they will present the “Rex Babin Memorial Award for Excellence in Local Cartooning.” Leading up to that ceremony the AAEC is showcasing the work of cartoonists who have entered that competition.

I don’t know if Fred Mulhearn has sent an entry to the AAEC, but, on the publication of a “Best Of” book, The Livingston Parish News profiles their local cartoonist.
