Malaysian court reverses decision; Government to seek ban on Zunar books

The Federal Court today allowed the government to appeal a lower court?s decision to lift a ban on two books by political cartoonist Zunar.

The cartoonist, whose real name is Zulkiflee SM Anwar Ulhaqur said that the ban on the two books, 1 Funny Malaysia and Perak Darul Kartun were initially lifted when the Court of Appeal reversed the decision by the High Court on October 9 last year.
