The 2015-16 Kenosha Festival Of Cartooning fundraising has started. Anne Morse Hambrock, the festival founder, has a great event lined up.

Ed Steckley ? MAD and CRACKED cartoonist.

This year, she’s raising $27,500 to fund the festival.
