AAEC announces details on annual convention

The Association of American Editorial Cartoonists will gather in Columbus, OH this year for their annual convention. Columbus is home to the Ohio State University Billy Ireland Cartoon Library and Museum and the Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD) which makes it a prime venue for ink-slingers. The dates for the convention are Thursday, Sept. 3, through Sunday, Sept. 6. The schedule hasn’t been announced but the sessions will be held at CCAD with other events at the Bill Ireland Museum.

If you are planning to go, hotel discounts have been secured at the Marriott Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel. I’ll be posting more information as the schedule becomes available.
