How Doonesbury made Pandora a hit

Interesting tidbit out of The Washington Post from Pandora co-founder Tim Westergren on it was Garry Trudeau’s Doonesbury that helped the streaming music service build an audience.

We?ve got a lot of press coverage over the years ? in print, on screen, etc. The only press hit that materially changed our growth trajectory was Doonesbury. So we were the subject of two consecutive Doonesbury cartoons. You can go in and see on our growth path where the Doonesbury article hit.
