Mike Peters commemorates 30 years of Grimmy with two week how it all began series

Mother Goose and Grimm has turned 30. The strip created by Mike Peters officially turned 30 years old yesterday (or 210 in dog years) and to commemorate the milestone, Mike has created a special two week series on how it all began that will start in newspapers on Monday, Oct. 6.

Here’s a teaser:

Mother Goose and Grimm is about an irrepressible and unrepentant rebel dog named Grimmy who lives with the long-suffering caretaker Mother Goose and a high-strung cat named Attila. It’s a perfect strip for the zany and unpredictable Mike Peters who’s one of America’s greatest cartoonists.

The feature runs in over 500 papers, according to King Features.
