Tonight, in Madison WI, editorial cartoonist Phil Hands will “mashup” with Rubes creator Leigh Rubin. The event is described as an “evening of absurdity” as this “odd couple will riff off each others cartoons, and show how the twisted minds of two very different cartoonists work.”
