Final hours in Kenosha Cartooning festival charity fundraiser

Another reminder that we’re in the last hours of the National Cartoonists Society Foundation Fundraiser for Children’s Charities in Kenosha WI. The goal was to raise $2,000 and by “auctioning” off several original cartoons, the Indiegogo campaign has raised $6,600.

From the Indiegogo site:

The National Cartoonists Society Foundation and the Kenosha Festival of Cartooning are passionate about supporting children?s charities. As part of festival 2014 we are raising money for Children?s Hospitals of Wisconsin?s Kenosha Clinic and Open Wings ? a learning community for children with autism and other learning challenges.

We have many, many desirable and rare items in this auction but, if you don’t see anything you wish to bid on – or the prices are out of your budget – and you still wish to support these charities, feel free to make a donation of any amount and click the “no perk” box.

The Kenosha Cartooning Festival runs this weekend. You can follow the events on their blog or follow Tom Racine on Twitter.
