Smith Micro releases Anime Studio 10; Giving away Wacom Cintiq and tablets

For those of you who follow this blog, you know I’ve promoted Smith Micro’s products before (Manga Studio, Anime Studio, etc.). I like their software. Much, much easier to learn and easier to make your static comics come alive. This week Smith Micro released Anime Studio® Pro 10 and Anime Studio Debut® 10. It’s a big update with a lot of new features for better control, natural movement and new tools – things like new bone constraints for streamlined character movement, smarter dialing, more movement options (think: bounce, elastic and stagger interpolation), enhanced rendering, and new freehand drawing to make your work go faster and easier. See video below for details.

With a big release like this, they’ve partnered with Wacom to give a way a Wacom Cintiq Companion, Intuos Pro Medium and a Intuos Medium tablet. Smith Micro has a strong integration with Wacom products, so if you already have a Wacom product, you’re that much further ahead. If you don’t have a Cintiq or tablet, head over and enter to win (no purchase necessary, etc.)
