Cartoonist return from another USO trip to Afghanistan

Another group of NCS cartoonists headed out to visited troops in Afghanistan. The tours are sponsored by the USO. The cartoonists spent nine days abroad. The cartoonists in this latest group include:

Ray Alma (MAD Magazine), Paul Combs (Illustrator, editorial cartoonist), Bruce Higdon (Punderstatements), Jeff Keane (The Family Circus), Mason Mastroianni (B.C.), Michael Ramirez (editorial cartoonist), Tom Richmond (MAD Magazine, NCS President), and Ed Steckley (MAD Magazine).
