SPJ announces Stantis, Hands as Sigma Delta Chi winners

The Society of Professioal Journalists? Sigma Delta Chi awards have been announced. In the category of Editorial Cartooning, Scott Stantis of the Chicago Tribune took the top award for circulation sizes over 100,000 and Phil Hands of the Wisconsin State Journal took the award for under 100,000 circulation.
