Mike Smith’s NASCAR cartoons lands him in pace car

Las Vegas Sun editorial cartoonist Mike Smith has been doing NASCAR cartoons for years. He even has a book collection of his race car cartoons. He’s been doing weekly cartoons for the Sporting News. That gig also got him an opportunity to ride in the pace car.
