Los Angeles Times editorial cartoonist David Horsey was part of a State Department sponsored exhibit in the Ukraine where famous historical editorial cartoons and some of David’s contemporary cartoons were on display. In this video, David talks about some of the enduring symbols of editorial cartooning throughout history.
