Brad Anderson honored in hometown

July 16 was declared Brad Anderson Day in Brocton, NY. Brad Anderson is the creator of Marmaduke which launched in 1954. He grew up in Brocton and the town commemorated his work and achievements on July 16. A statue of Brad and Marmaduke have been commissioned and will be placed on town hall next summer.
