Matt Wuerker releases iPhone app

Politico editorial cartoonist Matt Wuerker has designed an interactive app for the iPhone called Obamagrams. The app features an animated President Obama that will say anything you want him to and allows you to upload your creation to YouTube, Facebook or send as an email.
