    1. Please note that the book had both a page-count and a deadline defined by the publisher so other cartoonists contributed as well, but may not be listed here. KAL turned in a piece too late to make the book for example.

    2. KAL… The books goes to print on Friday. I am trying to get you in the book. I needed that nice round 155 number. I will be posting a cover for everyone to see soon.

    3. Absolutley, an unbelievable book, packed with some unbelievable cartoonists, and some amazing comic strips. Oh, and it’s for a great cause, so pick one up already!
