Schulz, Disney homes up for sale

Got a couple million you want to invest in real estate?

A custom home built by Walt Disney in 1932 is up for sale as is a home 1949 home owned by Peanuts creator Charles Schulz. The former Schulz home is being described as 7,894-square-foot, 6-bedroom home in Sonoma County. It was purchased by Charles and Jeanne for $250,000 and sold in 1996. It’s now listed for $2.2 million. Cartoon brew has posted pictures.

The Disney home was built for $50,000 and now listed for $3.65 million. It has 12 rooms including a projection and screening room. He lived there for 18 years.
