Lowe, Marlette, Brown win Society of Newspaper Editors award

Sun Sentinel editorial cartoonist Chan Lowe won the 125,000 circulation category for editorial cartoons in the Florida Society of Newspaper Editors’ 2011 Journalism Contest.

Andy Marlette of the Pensacola News Journal took the prize in the 50,000 to 125,000 circulation category.

Don Brown of the Hernando Today won in the under 50,000.
