Toronto Comic Arts Festival launches new site

Comics Reporter Tom Spurgeon notes that The Toronto Comic Arts Festival has relaunched their new website and notes the festival is, “free, diverse crowds, focused on artists, well-run, great city — still on the upswing and I think one of the most anticipated on the convention calendar.”
