According to the Daily Breeze, a public memorial service for Paul Conrad is set for this Saturday at 11 a.m. at the St. John Fisher Catholic Church in Rancho Palos Verdes. Paul passed away last Saturday at the age of 86. You can read obituaries from the NY Times and the LA Times

The Charles M. Schulz Museum will host 16 cartoonist this Saturday to commemorate Peanuts 60th anniversary. Dreamworks and NBC are scheduling a several half-hour holiday specials this fall according to Hollywood Reporter. Scared Shrekless is a Halloween special set to air on October 28. Kung Fu Panda Holiday Special will air a special on Nov. 24 with Merry Madagascar.

The LA Times reports that Spy vs. Spy and other MAD Magazine classic cartoons are now on the Cartoon Network as a 15 minute comedy show.
