Muppets movie set for Christmas 2011 release

Rumors of a Jason Segel written, James Bobin directed Muppets full feature movie appears to be true.

Disney says that the new film has officially been given a December 25, 2011 release date. The film, which will also star Segel alongside Kermit, Miss Piggy, Gonzo, Animal and the rest, will now go up against the long awaited Spielberg film The Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn and the latest from Cameron Crowe, We Bought a Zoo, which are both due out two days prior.
