Farley Follows His Nose is a candidate for the TD Canadian Children’s Literature Award for the most distinguished book of the year. “Distinguished” is defined as marked by conspicuous excellence and/or eminence, individually distinct and noted for significant achievement with excellence in quality.
The book, written by Beth Cruikshank and illustrated by Lynn, is also nominated for the Marilyn Baillie Picture Book Award. To be eligible, the book must be an original work in English, aimed at children ages three to eight, written and illustrated by Canadians and first published in Canada.
