Canadian awards go to de Adder, Gable

Two Canadian national awards were announced. The National Newspaper Awards recongnized Brian Gable of The Globe and Mail for best cartooning.

The 2009 Atlantic Journalism Awards honored Michael de Adder of the Times & Transcript with their Gold Winner winner. Silver finalists included Bruce MacKinnon of The Chronicle Herald and Wayne Wright of the Journal Pioneer.
