Aaron McGruder announced Boondocks return to TV

Boondocks creator Aaron McGruder has announced that his television show based on his former comic strip will be returning to the small screen on May 2nd. His announcement was posted on his twitter account.

  1. I hope he at least this time he will be on time, because he was by far the worst artist to produce his strip on time.

  2. All his animated cartoon series was good for, was shock value. I know it was on Adult Swim and it is not meant for children. Edgy – Yes, Controversial-Yes, Entertaining – Not Sure. I, honestly, tried to watch but never got much of the humor.

  3. I thought some of the shows from the first season were very well written. Second season, not so much.
