» Dan Perkins (aka Tom Tomorrow) has published a children’s book entitled “The Very Silly Mayor” which he describes as a updated American The Emperor’s New Clothes story.

» As noted before, John McPherson will be the guest artist at the M&T Bank Harvest of the Arts Festival in Carlisle (PA) tomorrow. Carlisle is the hometown of his parents.
» Berkeley Breathed will make his one and only book signing for his new children’s book “Flawed Dogs: The Novel: The Shocking Raid on Westminster” at Kepler’s Books in Menlo Park tomorrow.
» It’s always interesting to see what doesn’t make it into the papers. Alex Hallatt, creator of Arctic Circle has posted a couple of cartoons from a story-line that was determined not to be “too risky for the newspaper comics.”

» Brad Anderson (“Session 9”, “The Machinist”) will be directing the movie adaptation of the graphic novel “The Living and the Dead”.
