Five guest artists to take over on Sunday Baldo

For four Sundays, starting September 27th, Baldo will be drawn by different hispanic artists to commemorate Hispanic Heritage Month. The five artists include: David “Lebo” LeBatard, Carlos Saldana, creator the “Burrito” comic books, Anthony Oropeza and Lorenzo Lizano, artists for “Amigoman: The Latin Avenger” and David Alvarez creator of Yenny on GoComics.com.

According to their blog post, the two Baldo creators, Hector Cantu and Carlos Castellanos, wrote that it would be “it would be cool to share some Sunday funnies space and put the spotlight on some cool artists,” and that Hispanic Heritage Month was an ideal time to do that.
