“The People Speak” animation contest launched

For those of you into animation, The History Channel and Aniboom are sponsoring a competition for you to animate 30 seconds of a famous historical speech and send it in. The speeches are provided, voiced by Matt Damon, Marisa Tomei, Bruce Springsteen, Morgan Freeman and others. The five first cut finalists receive $5,000 to finish their submissions. The grand prize is $10,000 and an additional $15,000 development deal. Their work will also air on the History Channel.
