Finding comic history using Google’s news archive

Charles Brubaker has been using Google’s news archive to look for gems of comic history. So far he’s found short run comics such as: Kelly & Duke (or just Kelly as it was titled in its first two years); Boomers Song by Seattle Post-Intelligencer editorial cartoonist David Horsey;
Arnold by Kevin McCormick; Nutheads by famed MAD magazine cartoonist Don Martin; and Sydney, a comic strip by editorial cartoonist Scott Stantis.
