Tunisian suspects held in custody

Earlier this month, I reported that one of the three Muslim men who were arrested for allegedly plotting to kill Kurt Westergaard was released for lack of evidence. The other two individuals, both from Tunisia, have been ordered to stay in state custody until August 12. Earlier this week, the Danish appeals court heard evidence against the two men and agreed that the two pose a “threat to state security.” Their defense maintains that there is insufficient evidence. If convicted, the two would face deportation.
