Those not in the D.C. area can still see “Herblock’s Presidents: “Puncturing Pomposity,” an exhibit currently showing at the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery online. The exhibit displays Herblock’s editorial cartoons featuring presidents Franklin Roosevelt through Bill Clinton.
