The Brilliant Mind of Edison Lee cartoonist John Hambrock writes on his blog that he will introduce a new character to his strip.

Stay tuned! Starting January 7th, Iâ??ll be running a week-long series introducing our new addition to the Edison Lee cast. This part-time character will provide a voice Iâ??ve felt has been missing from the strip. Please take a moment after youâ??ve read them and let me know what you think.

    It isn’t Cousin Oliver is it? Chachi and Scrappy-Do are also kisses of death.

  3. By the way, I’m not knocking John’s strip. I have always enjoyed it. Just riffing on the “new character kiss of death” television motif.
