Jim Borgman one of 40 who shaped Cincinnati

Cincinnati Enquirer editorial cartoonist Jim Borgman was named one of Cincinnati’s 40 individuals who helped shape their fair city. A surprised Jim responds, “I am told that a good lawyer can get this expunged from my record.”
