Universal Press has announced that Washington Post editorial cartoonist Tom Toles will celebrate 25 years of syndication at the end of this month. He started his career at the Buffalo Courier-Express in 1973, then moved to the Buffalo News in 1982 when the Courier-Express closed. He’s been at the Washington Post since 2002.
