Ann Telnaes wins Dutch Cartoon Festival

Ann Telnaes has won first place in the 15th Dutch Cartoonfestival. The theme of the festival this year was “Man and Religion in Cartoons.”
Other cartoonists earning honors included well-known European cartoonists Clive Collins (UK), Finn Graff (Norway), Tom Janssen (the Netherlands) and Tan Oral (Turkey).
