From the Comic Rack is a tidbit that The Complete Dick Tracy volumes that were origninally planned to roll out every quarter have been rescheduled to roll out every twice a year. The first volume was released in October by IDW.
Pulitzer Prize winning editorial cartoonist Ann Telnaes has posted her first animated editorial cartoon on her web site. The flash piece runs about less than a minute and uses actual audio from President Bush as opposed to other editorial cartoon animators who use their own voices. Hat tip: E&P
