According to a story in the Indianapolis Star, Bruce Tinsley, creator of Mallard Fillmore, was arrested on the 4th of this month on for driving while intoxicated. His blood-alcohol level was .14 – twice the state level. This is his second DUI in the last four months. The previous incident occurred on August 26th.
