Luckovich, Anderson, Peters take Headliners award

The National Headliners Award for editorial cartooning has been announced. In first place is Mike Luckovich of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Second place goes to Nick Anderson for cartoons he did while still at The Courier-Journal and lastly, Mike Peters of the Dayton Daily News.
