‘Cathy’ returns to the Philadelphia Inquirer

With the end of Helen, Sweetheart of the Internet, The Philadelphia Inquirer has picked up Cathy both as a daily and Sunday feature.

We received your calls and e-mails, and we’ve listened. Beginning Sunday, the humor and true-to-life adventures of Cathy return to our comics pages seven days a week. And on Jan. 8, we introduce you to the unconventional world of a new Sunday strip, Bizarro. We have said good-bye to Helen, Sweetheart of the Internet and will bid farewell to Calvin and Hobbes after Sunday. Both strips have been withdrawn from distribution. Puzzle fans, we heard you, too. More space, bigger type. Enjoy!

As the quote above states, Bizarro will also begin running as a Sunday feature.
