Whiting Writes About His Life as a Cartoonist

Cartoonist Jim Whiting has penned a book “Analecta: Selected Reflections of a Cartoonist’s Life”.

Jim Whiting has written the autobiographical “Analecta: Selected Reflections of a Cartoonist’s Life.”

Whiting, 79, worked on the syndicated “Ad Libs,” “Wee Women,” and “Li’l Ones” features. The last two were created by Mell Lazarus, who does “Momma” and “Miss Peach” for Creators Syndicate. Lazarus wrote the introduction for “Analecta.”
