Cartoons Controversies

Man won’t be charged for anti-Muslim cartoons

A cartoonist who posted cartoons picturing the Prophet Muhammad engaged in bestiality and other obscene images in front of a mosque and Somali-owned store will likely not be legally charged for any crime. The St. Cloud Times (MN) reports that county and city attorneys have looked into the issue and have outlined reasons for not pressing charges against the unnamed artist. The mayor believes the individual should face some legal consequences.
