The Schulz Museum has supplied the illustrations and guide for you to publish Peanuts comic books.

Added is the template for the little ones (or you) to create their own mini-comics.

Nat Gertler shows that they are editing Schulz.

Eagle-eyed AAUGH Blog reader David noted that for this year’s Peanuts desk calendar, they’re reformatting the 1971 strips into narrower panels… and that’s not the only change.

  1. I didn’t realize it wasn’t generally noticed that they’ve been editing the Peanuts strips. It’s been going on for several years now. I didn’t realize this wasn’t generally known. I have a couple years’ old calendars and might be able to track down when the change started.

  2. So I checked. Through 2017, the Peanuts strip-a-day calendars ran the comics in the original format, four squares a day in a long line at the top of the page. In 2018 they changed to the current format, four reconfigured strips put in a two-by-two square. The altered strips are printed larger, so that’s a bit easier to read, at least.

    I don’t have the 2015 calendar on me but I think that was the last year they ran Sunday strips in these calendars.
