The Mike Peters cartoon is classic. I hope it was printed, as it’s not bad to know what Trump would do, if unrestrained. Maybe have a follow-up showing the GIs smiling when they learn Trump backed down. Loved the “My Three Sons” too. Younger people might not get it, but having grown up with that show, I found it just warped enough to be hilarious.
It may be worth pointing out that before “Monstro” was the name of a Marvel menace from the murky depths, it was the name of the whale that swallowed Gepetto and Pinocchio in Disney’s 1940 movie.
I’m not up on Disney movies (past or present), so thanks for that RP. More than likely where Karen and Greg got the name.

Jiminy Cricket was the voice of conscience, and the JC stood for Jesus Christ. I read that long ago. No independent verification but it seems reasonable for the time and for Walt Disney to have done that.
