Steve Kelley, a political cartoonist from “The New Orleans Times-Picayune,” will be speaking at the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel’s annual seminar. He’s spoken there before and this year, he speaks before Dan Rather, former CBS News anchor. According to the schedule, his talk is entitled, “Art Irritates Life”.
